Host Hotel Group Room-Block Policy: Paid conference registration is required before booking a room in the Group Room Block.  An exclusive discounted Run of House room rate of $256 per night, with a reduced resort fee of $25. Reduced rates are available to registered conference “Delegates” ONLY, and the reservation must be secured through the OTR Group Room Block link to receive a discounted rate. 

Each hotel reservation requires a credit card deposit equivalent to two (2) room nights at the time of booking. The full non-refundable prepayment will be processed the week of January 5^th using the payment method on file. 

Cancellations and revised reservations are non-refundable after Wednesday, January 7, 2026. Reservations booked on or after that date require full pre-payment and are non-refundable.
