Definition of Registration Types

What is a Delegate Registration?

A "Delegate" is a person employed by a tire industry related company. Registration includes access to all general sessions, breakout sessions, meal functions, the conference app, and the printed conference attendee directory (leisure activities additional cost).

What is Guest Registration?

A "Guest" is a spouse or partner of a registered conference “Delegate.” Registration includes access to meal functions ONLY. Guest will NOT have access to the general sessions, breakout sessions, the conference app, or the printed conference attendee directory. Guest MUST be registered for the conference to attend any meal function or leisure activity (leisure activities additional cost), no exceptions.

Who is a Member?

A "Delegate" whose employer maintains its membership status by paying the TIA annual membership dues. The membership year runs from 5/31/2024 to 6/30/2025.

Who is a Non-Member?

Member Registration Fees*:

* To reap the benefits of the member registration rate, your company's membership must be renewed for the 5/31/2024 - 6/30/2025 membership year.

Registrations processed with lapsed membership will be reclassified to non-member status, and an additional fee will apply.

OTR Tire Conference Terms & Conditions

The Tire Industry Association requires your cooperation in the following for your attendance.

Unsanctioned Events: Private meetings or engagements are not permitted on or off property if in conflict with the Off-The-Road Tire Conference schedule of events.

Recording: Videotaping or audiotaping of the Off-the-Road Tire Conference general sessions is prohibited. Conference Badges: Off-the-Road Tire Conference badges are the sole property of the Tire Industry Association and must be surrendered upon request. Badges must be worn in plain view for admission to all sanctioned events.

Code of Conduct: The Off-the-Road Tire Conference strives to be a 100% positive experience from beginning to end for everyone in attendance. We celebrate the diversity of all conference attendees and staff. We will not tolerate harassing or discriminatory behavior by or toward anyone participating in conference activities and events. By attending the Off-the-Road Tire Conference, you agree to respect and be kind to everyone present, regardless of gender, race, religion, age, sexual orientation, or disability.

Consumption of Alcohol: I agree to drink responsibly and heed suggestions from others, and I will not drive if intoxicated. I acknowledge that I alone am responsible for all of my actions resulting from consuming alcohol, and the Tire Industry Association is in no way responsible.

Consent Release: Registering for the Off-the-Road Tire Conference Tire Conference is your affirmative consent to have your contact information accessible via the conference directory and app. TIA and its legal representatives and assignees retain the right and permission to publish photographs and videos taken during this event without charge. These photographs may be used in electronic publications, audiovisual presentations, promotional literature, advertising, or other similar ways.

Waiver of Liability Agreement: I release the Tire Industry Association, its staff, elected officials, presenters, and any other individuals or entities associated with TIA's 2025 Off-the-Road Tire Conference from any and all liability connected with my participation, as well as from any liability related to changes to the schedule, events or activities. I acknowledge and agree that I am participating in my own choice and assume all risk in connection thereof. If an emergency medical service arises, I authorize and consent to such services being provided at my own expense. If you disagree or have questions concerning these terms and conditions, please contact the Tire Industry Association at otr@tireindustry.org within the permitted cancellation window. To receive the member conference registration rate, you must be a member in good standing. Registrations processed with lapsed membership will be reclassified to non-member status and charged accordingly.

Host Hotel Group Room-Block Policy: Paid conference registration is required before booking a room in the Group Room Block. An exclusive discounted Run of House room rate of $259 per night with a reduced destination fee of $25 is available to registered conference “Delegates” ONLY if the reservation is secured through the OTR Group Room Block. Each hotel reservation requires a credit card deposit equivalent to two (2) room nights at the time of booking. Full non-refundable pre-payment will be processed on Friday, January 3, 2025, using the payment method on file. Cancellations and revised reservations are non-refundable after Friday, January 3, 2025. Reservations booked on or after Friday, January 3, 2025, require full pre-payment and are non-refundable.

Conference Registration Deadline: Conference registrations received after January 3, 2025, will not appear in the attendee directory or app.

Cancellation Policy: The conference registration fee and hotel reservations made in the OTR Group Room Block are non-refundable after January 3, 2025.

By registering for or attending any event or activity associated with the TIA OTR Tire Conference, you and/or the attendee consent to all Terms and Conditions.
