Transportation: The Sheraton Puerto Rico Resort & Casino does not provide airport transportation; rideshare services are readily available.

Host Hotel Group Room-Block Policy: Paid conference registration is required before booking a room in the Group Room Block.  An exclusive discounted Run of House room rate of $259 per night, a savings of $205 per night with a reduced destination fee of $25, a savings of $20 per night. Reduced rates are available to registered conference “Delegates” ONLY, and the reservation must be secured through the OTR Group Room Block. 

Each hotel reservation requires a credit card deposit equivalent to two (2) room nights at the time of booking. The full non-refundable prepayment will be processed on Friday, January 3, 2025, using the payment method on file. 

Cancellations and revised reservations are non-refundable after Friday, January 3, 2025. Reservations booked on or after Friday, January 3, 2025, require full pre-payment and are non-refundable.
